🎹 Excellence Rising Piano Lesson Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure a smooth experience for all families and instructors, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. 24-Hour Notice Required:
   If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

2. Same-Day Cancellations:
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged 100% of the session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.

3. No-Shows:
   If the instructor joins a session (virtual or in-person) and the student does not show up within the first 15 minutes, the lesson is marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Options:
   With 24+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule your lesson at no additional cost. Just use the booking link or contact us directly.

5. Instructor Cancellations:
   If your instructor needs to cancel, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule your session promptly at your convenience.
